Meet The Owner

Welcome to Los Amaya’s Salsa Co. and thank you for visiting! I am Marcos Amaya III, the owner of Los Amaya’s Salsa Co. & son of Marcos Jr. aka Tio Marcos. One of my favorite things to do is gather with family, friends and cook food and learn from others who cook. I grew up in a diverse family where German, Spanish, and English were all spoken under one roof. With multiple languages comes diverse food dishes and I had the privilege of eating various foods through traditional family recipes. I'm excited to introduce the world to some of those delicious flavors.
